Come together with others in the Entertainment Community, experiencing and learning Mindfulness practices utilizing the breath and meditation. This 30-minute meditation practice is grounded in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Bring a sense of balance to your day, and give yourself a little rest from the unrest. Join us every day, Monday through Friday, from Noon -12:30pm (ET).
The 30-minute meditation takes place via Zoom, an online video conferencing system. You will need a device with internet connectivity to participate. To access the Zoom link please register via Zoom. Note: Participants interested in attending these daily meditations need only register one time. Upon registration you will receive an email from Zoom with the link for accessing the meditations. You can use this same link to join on a daily basis, or, as often as your schedule allows. Please save the Zoom link in order to have access to future daily meditations.
This session will begin at the scheduled time, so please be prompt. Log in a few minutes early to ensure that your device is operational. You must register one time for this on-going event and you will receive confirmation of your registration via Zoom in order to attend this meditation. Note, participants do not need to register for each meditation session. After you register once, please save the Zoom link that is emailed to you in order to access the meditation again in the future. You are welcome to attend as many meditation sessions as you and your schedule permits - using the very same Zoom link to access the sessions.
