Description: Set in the contemporary world. Jane is a struggling writer in her 30s addicted to ice cream. Bill, her partner wants a "normal" life. His disappointment in her inability to succumb to a conventional lifestyle leads him to offer up an ultimatum --- either they purchase a winning lottery ticket from the bodega across the street or have a baby.
Additional Info: Doors open between 7:15pm and 7:25pm. Masks are encouraged but not required.
Friday Night Footlights® is a gratis program, created and moderated by the Dramatists Guild, that supports dramatists by enabling them to hold a public reading of a new work that is currently in development, with an optional feedback session following the reading. Admission is free and open to the public. Members were selected via lottery to present new work in front of an audience.
